These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cardsliders.nl website and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Cardsliders.nl sells premium storage and display products for graded and collectible trading cards. You can contact us at any time at info@cardsliders.nl.

2. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the selected products. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case you will receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered on the website.

4. Delivery

We aim to ship orders the same business day and deliver worldwide within 5 to 10 days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For full details, see our Shipping page.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, notify us at info@cardsliders.nl and return the items in unused condition. Full instructions are on our Returns page.

6. Product information

We do our best to describe and picture our products accurately. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing. Products are intended for storing and displaying trading cards and should be used as described.

7. Warranty and liability

Your statutory consumer rights apply to all purchases. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Cardsliders.nl and may not be reproduced without our written permission. Pokemon and related names are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. The latest version is always available on this page.
