We want your cards to reach you quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when we ship your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 days after dispatch, depending on your location and local carrier handling. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Netherlands & Belgium: typically 1 to 3 business days.
- Rest of Europe: typically 3 to 7 business days.
- Worldwide: typically 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order, so there are never any surprises.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking details within two business days of your confirmation email, please contact us.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, get in touch and we'll do everything we can to track it down and make it right.
